We accept returns on all faulty or un-satisfactory products. Please get in touch via email to email@example.com at any time if you would like to refund or swap and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Although we will always honour faulty or unsatisfactory products; returns made without legitimate reason are at the discretion of the Salty Merchants.
Without legitimate reason for product return (faulty or unsatisfactory), either for refund or replacement the return costs are at the expense of the customer, including; Postage and handling, bank and or transfer fees. Please be aware a transaction rate of 2.75% + $0.30 for each transaction will be deducted from the refunded amount.
